Bevanism Pol.|ˈbɛvənɪz(ə)m| [f. the name of Aneurin Bevan (see below) + -ism.] The political policy expounded by, or associated with, Aneurin Bevan (1897–1960), Labour politician and leader of a left-wing group within the Labour Party; advocacy of this policy.
