solleret Archæol.|ˈsɒlərɛt| Also soleret, solerette. [a. OF. soll-, soleret, dim. of soll-, soler, souler (mod.F. soulier) shoe.] A shoe composed of steel plates or scales, forming part of a knight's armour in the 14th and 15th centuries.
