Etymology: < the name of Sir Jonathan Hutchinson (1828–1913), English surgeon.
Used in the possessive (and also attributively) to designate various diseases, diagnostic signs, etc.
a. Hutchinson tooth n. (also Hutchinson's tooth) (the condition of having) a permanent incisor tooth, often in the middle of the upper set, with a narrow, notched biting edge, found chiefly in children with congenital syphilis; usually plural.
