c. inseparable accident, inseparable attribute, inseparable quality, etc. (Logic), an accident, etc. that cannot be separated from its subject. inseparable adjunct, an adjunct that cannot really be separated from its subject, though the subject may be conceived of without it. inseparable prefix or inseparable preposition (Grammar), a prefix found only in combination, and incapable of being used as a separate word: e.g. Latin dis-, re-; English mis-, un-; German ge-, ver-, zer-.
