A mineral consisting of a hydrated uranium oxide which occurs as an alteration product of uranium ore, typically as yellow to brown tabular or prismatic crystals.Formula: (UO2)8O2(OH)12·12H2O (often altered by dehydration). Crystal system: orthorhombic.
