Etymology: < Greek σύν syn- prefix (alike) + κλαστός, taken in the sense ‘bent’, < κλᾶν to break.
Geometry.
Of a curved surface: Having the same kind of curvature (concave or convex) in all directions. Opposed to anticlastic adj.
