Simon Zelotes
Simon Ze·lo·tes S0416800 (zē-lō′tēz) or Simon the Canaanite fl. first century ad. In the New Testament, one of the 12 Apostles. Although nothing certain is known of his life, he is thought to have been a member of the Zealots.Simon Zelotes (zɪˈləʊtiːz) n (Bible) Saint Simon Zelotes one of the 12 apostles, who had probably belonged to the Zealot party before becoming a Christian (Luke 6:15).
