Special Features:The Felix Valle House was built in 1818 as an American-Federal styleresidence and mercantile store. Restored and furnished to reflect the1830s, the home today interprets the American influence on the Frenchcommunity following the Louisiana Purchase. The house is located in theNational Historic Landmark District of Sainte Genevieve, whichpreserves some of the finest examples of French colonial architecturein the nation.
