A variety of thomsonite.
1822Berzelius in Edin. Philos. Jrnl. VII. 6 These two minerals have a great relation with the Mesolite; and in order to distinguish them, I shall call the upper stratum Mesole, and the lower grained Mesoline. 1843Portlock Geol. 210 Augite occurs..in the cavities of the augitic rock at Portrush, coated by, and associated with, Mesole. |
