Etymology: < classical Latin muscus moss n.1 + -arium suffix, after herbarium n., rosarium n., etc. N.E.D. (1908) gives the pronunciation as (mɒskēə·riɒ̆m) /mʌˈskɛərɪəm/.
Obsolete. rare.

A place where flies are kept.Apparently an isolated use.
