Facilities:Primitive campsites with vehicle access (Class C), equestrian trail (10 miles), check station for hunters.
Activities:Hunting, camping, horseback riding, bird watching.
Special Features:Site is a wildlife restoration area, with topography that ranges fromflat to gently rolling. About one-third of the acreage is dominated byswampy sloughs; remaining portions are prairie restorations, openfields, cultivated areas, or timberlands. Many of these areas have beenspecially planted and managed to provide food and cover for a varietyof wildlife species.
