Silleryn.
/ˈsɪləri/ A high-class wine produced in and around the village of Sillery in Champagne. The name usually denotes a still wine known as Sillery sec or dry Sillery, formerly made from the produce of the Sillery vineyards, but now mainly obtained from the neighbouring ones of Verzenay and Mailly.
