Location:In Caroline and Queen Anne's counties, 6 miles north of Queen Anne, off Maryland 404 via MD 480.
Facilities:Family camping area with 51 sites (33 with electric hookups), youthgroup camping area with 4 sites, 4 camper cabins, bathhouses withshowers and toilet facilities, 2 picnic areas, rental pavilions,playgrounds, multi-use trails, boat launch, mountain bike, kayak,paddleboat, and canoe rentals, arboretum, visitor center (é).
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors only), canoeing/kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting.
Special Features:Park features the 500-acre Adkins Arboretum with almost 3 miles ofsurfaced walkways leading through native species trees and shrubs.Tuckahoe Creek runs through the length of the park, and a 60-acre lakeoffers boating and fishing.
